Jack has litigated cases across the country against pizza companies on behalf of delivery drivers who are being paid below minimum wage as a result of insufficient vehicle reimbursements. Most employees receive the IRS rate (currently $.545/mile) for driving their vehicles for business purposes. Many delivery companies pay less than half that.
The Result
Jack settled dozens of cases from CA to NY, MN to TX, and here in KS and MO, providing significant awards to thousands of pizza delivery drivers.
